Ice returns to Milton Keynes.

Posted: 17th November 2013

After nearly 5 months of traveling to ISS Coventry, MK Ice has finally opened it’s doors to ISS MK.

MK Ice have put in a huge amount of hard work and good will into getting ice back in to Milton Keynes since Planet Ice closed their doors for refurbishment back in July of this year. To achieve what the charity has achieved is fantastic, it shows great community sprit with Figures skating and ice hockey uniting to get ice back in our home town.

ISS MK would like to thank ISS Coventry for being so hospitable and making coaches, skaters and parents feel very welcome over the last few months. The dedication and commitment shown by all is commendable, making sure there is minimal disruption in skaters training schedules.

ISS MK held their first patch session on Saturday, it was fantastic to see so many skaters using the ice.
