International Success

Posted: 14th February 2016

ISS Coventry had recent success with two adult competitive skaters taking on an international competition.

Bethan Lewis and Laura Hetherington (coached by Emma and Richard) travelled to Estonia to compete in the silver level of the Juna Cup, held on 23rd January at the Skoda rink in Tallinn. It was certainly colder and snowier than the UK when they arrived!

They both put in strong performances, with both beating their personal best scores by several points, with Bethan placing 4th and Laura taking the gold medal...fantastic achievements!

They really enjoyed the experience, and were impressed how friendly and well run the competition was. They are now looking forward to their next competition.

Well done on ladies!
