ISS Coventry Does Good

Skaters from ISS Coventry are training and working hard for 2013

ISS Coventry has seen some excellent progression and success from our skaters during 2012, including our very own Philip Harris and guest skater Regina Glazman who fly's over from Kazakhstan to train with Yuri Bureiko.

Philip Harris has made some big progress over 2012, competing throughout the year and successfully landing his first triple axle in competition. Philip’s hard work has paid off as he also got the best score at an International ISU competition. We are expecting some great things from Philip during 2013, so watch this space!

Regina Glazman from Kazakhstan, who has been training with Yuri at ISS Coventry started 2012 successfully and competed at International level, however during the summer she got an injury and was not able to train until December of last year As soon as she was fit and ready she returned to the ice, and just 2-3 weeks after her return from injury she came 2nd in Nationals. This return was a great result after such a long time off the ice. Regina is now back into full training with Yuri and is set to make a big impact next season.

ISS is very excited about what 2013 has in store, not just for Philip and Regina, but for all our skaters. Please get in touch if you would like to share your skating success story - Jennie@iceact.co.uk
