ISS Set for a good British Championships

Posted: 23rd November 2014

This week will see the annual British Figure Skating Championships being held at Ice Sheffield, 26th- 30th November.

ISS are delighted to have skaters competing from both ISS Coventry and ISS MK in the 2014 Championships and are bringing the largest and one of the best teams to the event. The Championships will see some of our top skaters go all out to grab themselves a podium finish. Both Schools, training out of Planet Ice at the Sky Dome in Coventry and the newly refurbished Milton Keynes Arena, have been training hard in preparation for the event.

Competing in the Senior Men's Category we have Phillip Harris and Harry Mattick which will be an event not to be missed! Representing the ladies from ISS Coventry we have Bethany Whiteman, Malika Sharshenbaeva and Lowri Jones all competing in Junior Ladies.

Representing ISS MK we have Kia Blackburn competing in the Novice Ladies and Elizabeth Matcham competing Basic Novice Ladies.

Good luck to all our competitors and we look forward to a great 2014 British Figure Skating Championships!
