After ISS sourced its new location for their annual summer camp, Yuri Bureiko was asked if he could help their local skaters who unfortunately had been training without a coach for a number of months.
Yuri has shown support to the local skaters and has was fortunate enough to find Alexandra Levleva, a coach who could come in and work with the skaters on a full time basis along with the support from Yuri and ISS, Alexandra has great experience and has been fortunate to work with such coaches as Rafael Arutunian, Frank Carroll, Elena Chaikovskaya.
Vicky Ogden who also assisted Yuri, found it a valuable experience to work with these skaters "it was challenging as I had to speak Russian to them, but thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and the enthusiasm from the skaters."
Yuri went on to say -
"I was more than happy to support, sometimes we all experience difficult circumstances and i was happy to provide a helping hand. I'm really pleased with Alexander and Iknow she is more than competent to deliver a good job. She has a lot of experience from her own competitive career and has worked alongside many great coaches in Russia and USA, she ambitious and keen."
